Whether you are joining Chart Foundations Lab or the Market Structure Intensive, a little preparation makes the first evening smoother — for you and for the eleven other traders in the room.
Chart pack pickup
After your deposit clears, we email a pickup window (usually the week before start). Collect materials from reception at 780A Nguyen Kiem, Ward 15, Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh City, 790920, Vietnam. Packs include session worksheets and blank chart grids. If you are flying in from another city, ask about courier delivery — available at cost within HCMC.
Pre-class exercise (required)
Label HH, HL, LH, and LL on the two daily charts included in your pack. Use pencil. Do not add indicators. Bring the marked sheets to session one — instructors review them in the first fifteen minutes to calibrate the group.
Getting there and parking
Nguyen Kiem is busy after 17:30. Motorbike parking is available in the alley behind the building; car parking is limited. Allow ten extra minutes on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Grab and Ba Xuyen bus routes stop within a five-minute walk.
What to bring each session
- Notebook and pens (coloured pens help but are optional)
- Marked homework from the prior week
- Water — sessions run two to two-and-a-half hours with one short break
Laptops are optional. We project live charts at the front; phone photography of the board is fine for notes.
