Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to training programs and private sessions offered by FocusPath Market Class at 780A Nguyen Kiem, Ward 15, Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh City, 790920, Vietnam.

1. Scope

This policy covers cohort programs (Market Structure Intensive, Chart Foundations Lab, Saturday Structure Sprint), private chart reviews, and deposit payments. We do not sell physical products or software subscriptions.

2. Deposit and enrollment

Cohort programs require a 30% deposit to hold a seat. The remaining balance is due before the first session unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deposits are applied toward the total program fee.

3. Full refund eligibility

You may receive a full refund of all amounts paid if:

• You cancel in writing at least 14 days before the program start date, and
• You have not collected the printed chart pack, or you return it unmarked in resalable condition within 5 business days of cancellation.

If we cancel a program due to insufficient enrollment or instructor unavailability, you receive a full refund or transfer to the next available cohort at your choice.

4. Partial refunds

• 7–13 days before start: Deposit is non-refundable; any balance paid beyond the deposit is refunded.
• 1–6 days before start: 50% of total program fee is refundable, excluding non-returnable chart packs already collected.
• After session 1 begins: No refund for unused weeks unless required by applicable Vietnamese consumer protection law. You may purchase individual make-up weeks at the published repeat-week rate.

5. Non-refundable items

• Deposits forfeited under the partial refund windows above
• Printed chart packs marked, written in, or not returned
• Private chart review sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice
• Repeat-week fees after attendance at the repeated session

6. Private chart reviews

Cancellations made 48 or more hours before the appointment receive a full refund or free reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the session fee. We may waive this once per calendar year for documented emergencies at our discretion.

7. Rescheduling

Cohort transfers to a later start date are free if requested at least 7 days before your original start and seats are available. One free transfer per enrollment; additional transfers incur a 500,000 VND administrative fee.

8. No-shows

Missing a session without 24-hour notice does not entitle you to a refund for that session. Homework markup for missed weeks is provided only if you submit work before the following class.

9. Work already started

If instructors have begun marking your submitted homework or reserved a seat that prevents another student from enrolling after the refund window, partial refund calculations apply as in section 4.

10. Refund process and timing

Submit refund requests to info@focuspathbase.click with your name, program, payment reference, and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Bank transfers may require additional clearing time depending on your institution.

11. Exceptions

Medical or travel restrictions documented with official notice may qualify for credit toward a future cohort instead of a cash refund. Contact us before the program start to discuss options.
